Aster Angagaw is the Founder and CEO of Astellara. With a proven track record of leading large-scale transformations, Aster has held executive roles at Amazon, ServiceMaster Brands, and Sodexo, consistently delivering significant growth and operational excellence.
Recognized for her strategic vision and ability to unlock new markets, Aster has overseen multi-billion-dollar P&Ls, harnessed data-driven insights, and helped Fortune 500 companies navigate through periods of disruption and change. She has extensive experience managing international markets, integrating complex operations, and developing high-performing teams.
A passionate advocate for women and minority entrepreneurs, Aster imbues Astellara’s mission with her commitment to inclusivity—bridging gaps in capital access, advisory services, and technology adoption. She is also a sought-after keynote speaker, sharing actionable insights on transformation, leadership, and resilience.
Aster holds an Executive MBA from Temple University, a BA in Organizational Management from Eastern University, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. She has served on the boards of Owens & Minor and Lucid Diagnostics, and is the author of We Are So Much More, a book that guides women to thrive across multiple dimensions of success.
