Aster Angagaw is the Founder and CEO of Astellara and a Fortune 500 operating executive with a career built running large, complex enterprises at scale.
At Amazon Business, she served as VP and GM with P&L responsibility exceeding $10B, overseeing teams across tech and non-tech functions serving enterprise customers across all US sectors.
At ServiceMaster Brands, as President, she transformed a $2.6B system-wide sales organization into a high-functioning, fast-growing, and profitable business, leading a successful $1.6B divestiture.
At Sodexo, as CEO of Healthcare North America, she held full P&L responsibility serving top-rated hospitals and children’s oncology centers across the US and Canada as a member of the Global Healthcare Executive Team.
She has served on the boards of Owens & Minor (NYSE: OMI) and Lucid Diagnostics (Nasdaq: LUCD). She holds an Executive MBA from Temple University, completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, and is the author of We Are So Much More.
