Melisa Manns serves as a legal advisor at Astellara and is the President of M3 Advisory Solutions. She is a seasoned business and legal expert in the commercial services sector. With over 24 years’ experience, Melisa is a lawyer by profession who leads with a business first mindset. She specializes in guiding professional service companies and their suppliers through highly regulated and complex landscapes to achieve accelerated growth. She has a proven track record in strategic business development, product commercialization, government affairs, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to founding m3 Advisory Solutions, Melisa held leadership roles, including Chief Ethics Officer and Vice President, General Counsel, at ServiceMaster, Terminix, and Copesan Services, focusing on ethics, risk optimization, and industry affairs. She serves on the Board of Directors for AIB International and the Hands United Foundation and has been a prominent speaker on legal operations, regulatory compliance, and government relations.

Melisa is frequently recognized by her clients and colleagues for her strategic vision, innovative conflict resolution, insightful business acumen and astute negotiation skills. Given Melisa’s experience in both public and private organizations, she is adept at leading companies through restructuring and transformation.

Melisa also actively supports the professional pest management industry with her involvement at the National Pest Management Association.
